TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following General Conditions before proceeding with your ticket purchase.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer declares:

• That they are a person with the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law.
• That they have read and accept these Conditions.

1. Information

These terms and conditions regulate the sale of tickets for the tournament organized by E|MOTION. By purchasing a ticket, exclusive contractual relationships are established between the ticket holder (hereinafter "the customer") and E|MOTION SPORTS HISPANIA S.L. (hereinafter "the organizer or promoter"). These terms and conditions apply to the sale or purchase of tournament tickets ("Terms and Conditions"), in addition to the general terms and conditions for ticket sales through the website owned by ENTRADAS EVENTIM, S.A.U (hereinafter, "ENTRADAS.COM").

2. Legal Framework

These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; and Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

These ticket terms and conditions apply exclusively to the purchase and/or use of tickets for the organizer’s tournament.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the rules of the venue where the tournament will take place (available at www.mallorca-championships.com/#), as well as the relevant hygiene and protection regulations established by the organizer and public health authorities, will apply.

3. Organizing Company

4. Sales Channels

Tournament tickets must be purchased exclusively through:

• The official organizer’s website (www.mallorcachampionships.com)
• The ENTRADAS.COM website (www.entradas.com)
• Physically at the tournament venue (at the box office)

In accordance with Article 23 of Law 34/2002, contracts entered into electronically will be legally binding when consent and other necessary validity requirements are met. Customers wishing to purchase tickets must provide personal details on the platform. Once submitted, the organizer will receive the purchase request. Upon verification of payment, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the customer’s provided email address.

Tickets may be delivered or downloaded in different formats at the customer’s choice:

• Print at home: Allows customers to download their tickets in PDF format and print them after completing the online purchase.
• Mobile ticket: Customers can download tickets onto their mobile phones via the confirmation email link. Once downloaded, tickets are automatically added to the relevant app:
  • Android = Passwallet
  • Windows/iPhone = Wallet
• Postal delivery: Customers may opt to have tickets sent to their postal address at their own cost and risk. The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets during shipping, unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the organizer.

No changes or refunds will be accepted once a ticket has been purchased.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their tickets upon receipt, particularly regarding:

• Number of tickets requested and received
• Price
• Date of attendance
• Seat number
• Ticket category
• Tournament
• Venue

ENTRADAS.COM will process and send the requested tickets. Tickets must be presented and validated before entering the tournament venue. Digital photos of tickets on mobile phones or via WhatsApp will not be accepted, as scanners cannot properly read them to verify their validity.

ENTRADAS.COM acts solely as a distributor on behalf of the promoter and will not be identified as the "organizer" to the customer.

5. Price and Payment Methods

The ticket price is determined by the promoter and may vary depending on seat selection. Additional service charges (e.g., early booking fee, system fee) may apply and will be listed separately on the invoice.

Purchases made via the organizer’s website or ENTRADAS.COM include ticket price plus distribution fees. VAT is included in the price.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and American Express via the organizer’s website or ENTRADAS.COM. At the physical box office, only cash or Visa/MasterCard payments will be accepted.

During the tournament period, customers may purchase tickets at the box office, with an additional €1 surcharge per ticket.

6. Returns, Loss, and Refunds

The organizer is not responsible for service interruptions due to power outages, communication failures, social conflicts, strikes, riots, explosions, floods, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of total tournament cancellation or a date change. In such cases, customers may choose between a refund or a ticket exchange for the new date. If the tournament is canceled entirely, refunds will be issued under conditions specified via this medium, excluding distribution and name-change fees. No refunds will be given if the tournament is canceled after it has started.

Customers are responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets and will not receive compensation for unused or partially used tickets.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to programming or match order changes, including player withdrawals due to injury.

By applicable law, the customer has no right of withdrawal. Once a ticket is purchased, no refund will be issued except in the cases mentioned above.

7. Ticket Usage and Resale

Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes (including contests) unless authorized by the organizer. Unauthorized resale or commercial use will result in penalties at the organizer’s discretion, including potential bans on future ticket purchases.

8. Venue Access

Entry may be denied to individuals exhibiting violent behavior, causing disturbances, or disrupting the event. Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry. Certain items, such as weapons, recording devices, or political materials, are prohibited.

Children under 6 years old may enter for free if they do not occupy a seat.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in expulsion without a ticket refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

All image and intellectual property rights within the venue are reserved.

Attendees consent to the use of their image in authorized media and promotional materials.

10. Liability

Both parties agree to fulfill their legal and contractual obligations. Non-compliance may result in claims for damages.

11. Privacy Policy and Cookies

The organizer’s website may use cookies to enhance user experience. These are temporary and do not collect personal information.

12. Data Protection

The organizer collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with legal regulations. Customers may exercise their rights to access, rectify, oppose, limit, or delete their data by contacting [email protected] with proof of identity.
